[Feat] Integrate Password Recovery Feature

Description

Users who forget their passwords currently have no way to recover their accounts, leading to frustration and potential loss of access.
Add a Password Recovery Feature that allows users to reset their password through OTP/email verification. Users can request a recovery link or OTP, verify it, and create a new password to regain account access.
