[Feat] Enhance the Terms and Conditions Page

Description

The current Terms and Conditions page has a basic layout and minimal styling. Enhancing it would improve the overall user experience and readability.

This issue aims to add the following improvements:

• Apply consistent styling that aligns with the rest of the website.
• Improve the readability of the text (e.g., font size, line spacing, and margins).
• Add subtle visual elements such as headers, borders, or separators between sections.
• Ensure the page is fully responsive and mobile-friendly.

Expected Outcome:

A visually enhanced and user-friendly Terms and Conditions page that offers a better reading experience and aligns with the website's design standards.
