Description

I need to support creation of multiple profiles for every account added.

This will let the user separately configure the homepage layout and basic settings, per profile.

The ability to edit pins itself will not be targetted for this release. It is more so to suppor the schema.

Added this feature internally (users would still be unable to do it from the corresponding menus for now)
