I would like to see SuperTokens in the docs of Elysia

I setup it with middleware of express and it has empty body on signin POST method

Hi, from the issue you linked it looks like the problem is that elysia doesn't provide the body to middlewares. That is not really something we can do much about.
Still, we'll definitely take a look at providing a way of integration, but no promises on a timeline.
@DBozhinovski Do we know of anyone implementing this integration?
