Update the orcid_integration_stats task in the publish_orcid DAG

The orcid_integration_stats task is currently updating an old spreadsheet. We are not sure where this data came from but it is out of date. Peter has another spreadsheet that is up to date. We need to:

• Manually cut and paste the stats from Peter's sheet here. All the old data should be replaced with the data in Peter's sheet. We only want to keep three columns and we should keep the names the same as the names in the existing sheet. We want "Date", "Read Only Scope", and "Read/Write Scope".
• Update the orcid_integration_stats task so it is writing only writing "Date", "Read Only Scope", and "Read/Write Scope" to the sheet.
