u used orange-browinsh text-hover-color in footer but out background is blue the but i used blue-color-shade in text-hover of About fusionvision section that really matched it well and make its ui better so i want to change the footer orange hover color to blue i pasted both images so u can see

You can use Tailwind or any tech stack, and secondly, I have not used orange-brownish hover effect, thats why I suggested you to join the server and interact with other contributors.
