Notes in [[My Folder]] will not find notes that are in "My Folder/Some Subfolder". The "in" clause only checks for direct parentage.

An "under" keyword could help solve this problem. For example: Notes under [[My Folder]] would find notes in that folder-within-a-folder scenario.
