Hello! We have had sublime for about a year now, and we recently had an issue with our instance, and we were forced to rebuild it Azure. After the rebuild, there have been several issues, including not being able to add users to the company instance, and not being able to mark any flagged messages (benign, malicious, spam, etc....), we only receive an "Error. Unable to process request" message. We really do not want to rebuild this instance once more, as it took about 2 weeks to fully ingest and process emails, and we need this system operational for our environment! Any guidance would be much appreciated!
