Sometimes it would be really convenient to be able to dunce yourself, whether because of inebriation, self control, or just muting distractions temporarily.

With various ecosystems (IOS, Android) slowly introducing self moderation controls to help you tame app addiction, a similar feature for Futaba would be awesome.

Proposed syntax:

!sleep 360 "sorry guys, classes come first"

This should not make the dunce channel visible, and should instead hide all channels from the user and mute any notifications until the time expires. If wanted, a feature to make this a soft/hard self dunce (whether you can undo/sidestep it before time is up) could be included.
