Disclose more better on incomplete URI

In a project with one resource already added, I intentionally malformed a GET URI as follows:

curl -X GET https://netaisllc.stretchr.com/api/v1.1/factory?key=caff931abfe3fbf1ba3600f9140b883b

IMHO, you could do better than this as a response:

"Fatal error. Please report this to [email protected] along with the following data: Zmxvdy5IYW5kbGVyRnVuYzogSW52YWxpZCBucyBbbmV0YWlzbGxjOmZhY3RvcnkuXQ=="

Consider telling us:

• the project was found
• the URI isn't complete
• or providing a response that includes an array of resources (?)
