Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you go to the Memberships > Settings > Levels setting page and choose to copy a group level, the new level does not have the same settings set.

Describe the solution you'd like
When a level is copied, the Group Level settings should default to the settings from the level that was copied.
