等待 support additional signals (SIGHUP, SIGKILL, etc) on windows denoland/deno#26331 追加新的触发器

之后追加新触发器到https://github.com/steve02081504/fount/blob/master/src/server/on_shutdown.mjs

若迁移到bun则需要处理的：
oven-sh/bun#16899
