Add ipython rich output to stelar_client.Client and connection status

Displaying a client in Jupyter notebook in a nice way is going to be useful for the users.

Also, once a client is initialized, it would be nice to have a "ping" like endpoint that checks credentials and verifies that the user is authorized. This feature may involve work in Stelar API as well.
