I can't add new top navbar items.

Describe the bug

Whenever I ask Bolt to add more top navbar items, it produces a lot of extra code and claims to have built the items, but nothing changes. i tried close to 10-15 different prompts or debugs, but nothing changed. I spent around 500k tokens and I'd also like to know if there's a way to get those back. Thanks.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to my project.
2. Ask for adding "Features" and "Integrations" items in the top navbar menu.
3. See a lot of code being added but nothing changes.

Expected behavior

I want to expand my top navbar with more links to subpages that I want to build: "Features" & "Integrations"

Additional context

This seems like an obvious bug or issue - I can't imagine why Bolt is struggling so much with such an easy item to create.
