Changes Summary

Susan Brown: I'd suggest one more functionality either as a fourth option around the perimeter of the control panel or as an optional expansion of History: a summary produced by diff of the last two versions of the file, so the user can see immediately what changes have been made. In Orlando we can this Compare Revisions. Here I'd suggest calling it something like "Changes".
