In several instance in notes we use ref/@target to link to an external URL, usually Archive.org for the PDF. We would like these to form hyperlinks on the text nodes of the ref.

Example: https://bl.syriac.uk/ms/1004 in "Hand 1"

Hand 1 (major, West Syriac script): This manuscript is written in a good, regular hand, with occasional Syriac and Greek vowels (�, �), and other points. See additions. The original description of this manuscript by William Wright includes characters, symbols, or illustrations which cannot be represented. Please consult the attached image, vol. 1, p. 94.

should become
