No info on the issue

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I don't understand what the issue is. It says to update python on spyder and then the issue reporter comes up

To do that, please close Spyder, open the Anaconda Prompt (on Windows) or a terminal (on macOS or Linux) and run there
