Whilst scraping the latest phenotypes I noticed that the new covid_impact phenotypes are missing UUIDs.

When updating the phenotypes (if differences are found in the next scrape), we use the UUIDs to link between the hdr-caliber-phenotype-library repo and the phenotypes uploaded to the Phenotype Library.
