<h1>INNOVATION INC. LICENSE TERMS</h1>
<h2>Windows 7 Professional Innovators Edition</h2>
<p>These license terms are an agreemens between you and Innovation Inc.</p>
<p>The Innovators Edition of Windows 7 and Innovation Inc. is not owned by or affiliated with Microsoft. The software used Windows 7 Professional Innovators Edition is free and opensource software. Windows 7 itself however, is not. A product key for Windows 7 Professional is needed to activate Windows 7 Professional Innovators Edition.</p>

<h2>1. Beta Software</h2>
<p>Windows 7 Innovators Edition is currently in the BETA stage. There will be many bugs and problems. Please contact the email address above to report bugs. It is not recommended to use this operating system as an every day operating system. Refer to section 3 for more information.</p>
<h2>2. Redistribution</h2>
<p>a. Innovators Editions of Windows, though free, may not be distributed.</p>
<p>b. Innovators Editions of Windows should also never be used in mass produced machines or any other commercial activities.</p>
<h2>3. NFR (Not For Resale)</h2>
<p>If someone sells you a copy of an Innovators Edition of Windows, you have been scammed. Go to whomever has sold you the copy and demand a refund. On the contrary, you also may not sell copies of Innovators Editions of Windows.</p>
<h2>4. Updating</h2>
<p>There is not yet an update tool to update Innovators Edition. To update, you will need to download the new ISO and select "upgrade" in the installation menu. Eventually, there will be an update program for Innovators Edition.</p>
