Error while setting up arc-lambda IaC: Missing script: "start"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Follow the directions at: https://sourcefuse.github.io/arc-docs/arc-iac-docs/modules/arc-lambda/
On step of "How to use" observe the following error:

Expected behavior
The command "npm start" is successful

Closing. I was running npm run from the wrong directory.
