Connection issue with starlink #129

Hey! the internet check has been an issue lately and I rewrote it already. Later today I'll post an update to the beta branch which fixes some other issue. If you want you can check it if this helps. I would wait though since there are some critical bugs in the beta right now. Can't post the update until I'm back home from work. |

Awesome, and thanks, would be cool to try it as I can't really use the app right now anyway. :) (Or well I just found out that I can force everything to connect if I don't close the error but it's not that practical!) |
Do you know if Starlink uses IPV6? I had a user that reported that disabling IPV6 in the network settings fixed it for them, but that's just a workaround and shouldn't be the fix to the issue. As it is right now, Songify will check if google.com is reachable (I thought that would be the safest option) |

I've been getting some issues whenever using starlink as an internet provider. The app doesn't work an closes after 1 min.
I tried the latest github version:
Web server and spotify connection work if started manually, otherwise nothings seems to connect.
If i don't click ok on the error window and wait a while I get:
So I think it connects eventually.
I had a similar issue in some app, where web timings were set to small values, increasing those "solved" it there although I don't quite understand why.
Let me know if I you need any other info.
