KYCTrigger to return joining fee in case of DAI #44

Currently, if kyctrigger fails, and currency = DAI, it seems only DAI is being returned to the user. Ideally, joining fee + premium paid in DAI should be returned.

Misunderstood the check here. Code condition seems to be correct.Closing issue.
