Inference/evaluation with MIMIC-IV-demo

Hi, @Miking98 I went through the MIMIC-IV-demo training steps. Is there a possibility of adding the inference/evaluation to the MIMIC-IV-demo split data so that we have an entire pipeline example? The current steps using ehrshot are a bit hard to follow and seem to require extra setup so I have not yet tried them. Thanks a lot for your efforts!
