error import packages

could I ask, is this femr MUST be installed in linux platform, so that it works?
if i install it on colab, there is error import
import femr.datasets
from femr.labelers import LabeledPatients, load_labeled_patients
it can not recognized them, but the installation is successfully.

in file, 3_consolidate_labels.py or 5,6 those files, it needs those imports. ,
