The v1.18.x branch is based on GW API v1.2.0. kubernetes-sigs/gateway-api#3510 was pushed upstream to add Gloo v1.18 to the GW API conformance report website. Unfortunately, the website only displays conformance reports for the latest GW API release (1.2.1.

Cherry-pick PR #10457 to the v1.18.x branch so a new conformance report can be pushed upstream.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Wait for the Gloo v1.19 release to submit a conformance report upstream.
