zo stranky NRSR zmizli odkazy na textove prepisy #4

Zo stranky NRSR nazvanej "Textový prepis rozpravy" zial zmizli linky na samotne textove prepisy (a ostali len linky na videa).

Zaroven zmizli zrejme aj prepisy samotne, kedze scraper v minulosti nazbieral napr. aj tuto linku na textovy prepis:

(vid https://morph.io/soit-sk/slovakia_parliament pre kompletne udaje)

linka vsak vracia chybu The file '/NRSRInternet/indexpopup.aspx' does not exist.

Chyba nie je v scrapri, opytame sa teda v NRSR.
