Importing a page with Global Block "breaks" the Global Block apart #1203

Importing a page (or part of the page) with Global Block "breaks" the Global Block apart. This only happens when a Global Block has a section in it.

For example:

Create a Global Block WITH a section and some example items in it.
Create a page with the Global Block in it (created from step 1).
Create another page and use the library to import the other page (created from step 2) with the Global Block in it.
When imported it ain't a Global Block anymore.
