Preset breaks Header Builder layout feature, exact same settings work if unlinked from preset

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Header Builder. Add an image and menu elements to it as an example.
2. On the style tab, change the layout to "never" stack vertically. This should keep the logo and menu next to each other at all times.
3. Test this works correctly by changing the breakpoint in the editor. The image and menu elements should never stack in this example.
4. Save the styles as a preset.
5. Now check the breakpoints in the editor, and you'll find that the items stack.
6. If you simply unlink the preset, it works exactly as expected again.

Specifications:

• Breakdance 2.3.0. I'm not sure if this was introduced in 2.3.0 or has existed in earlier versions.
• Safari on macOS.

Others in the Facebook group have been reporting this type of breakage too with presets. I hope this is resolved quickly for everyone affected.

Any ETA on when this issue will be fixed? The 2.3.1 and 2.4.0-beta1 still don't have the fix included.
