[Web]: Fetch number from transparency page

On the Recipient Selection Page, we display the total amount of donations raised.

Currently, this value is hardcoded, but it should be dynamically fetched from the Finance Page, where it is already displayed dynamically.

Describe the solution/feature

Fetch it form transparency page and show it on recipient selection page
