Describe the bug
The GitHub action unit test fails often because of xcfb-run.
It is quite bothering since we have to run it again to make all the actions passing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Push a branch
  2. The error occurs probabilistically

Suggestion
References:

I am going to try ps aux | grep xvfb and kill the xvfb process before running xvfb-run.
