The conda-inject lines raise an error with snakefmt

Snakemake now allows injecting a global conda environment, as here.

But if I add these lines:

conda:
    "environment.yml"

then I get an error from snakefmt.

Duplicate of your previous issue #209. Sorry we haven’t gotten around to this. I have been working n trying to create a grammar and parser for snakemake which would make the maintenance of snakefmt a lot easier
