This way we can serialize a collection or a resource with a has_many

Task #1: Processing a HABTM relationship in a serializer

Right now we are building the query BUT it's not being correctly stored so it's later processed by AREL.

Main reason is that AREL, after performing a join doesn't store that join, but if we assign it then is no longer an Arel::Table...
