It should create the following files:

assets/stylesheets/no_cms/blocks/LAYOUT_NAME.scss
assets/javascripts/no_cms/blocks/LAYOUT_NAME.js
app/views/no_cms/blocks/LAYOUT_NAME.html.erb
config/initializers/no_cms/blocks/LAYOUT_NAME.rb
