Oven is set for an offset of 0 F. This value is a user configurable offset for any error in the reported temperature as displayed by the oven - eg, actual oven temp is 200f, but reported as 220, you would set the offset to -20 to have it report and regulate the temperature the corrected value). When HA is set to display in C, this shows that the offset is -18C.
The offset should be what ever value is reported as F*5/9 to show real offset in C. (ie. -20F offset would be -11.1C, 0F is 0C)
We do use F for our oven, but HA is set to C, and there is no to way I have found to make HA display only the oven in F.
Current reporting is confusing. Should the offset be set to an absolute value instead of a thermometer type?
