Compose question page improvements

1. The numbers alone make the UI a bit ambiguous
   Please add sort of label or place holder text
2. The buttons are huge, a minus sign close to the text box and a plus sign (beside the question text box) will probably be more intuitive
3. The "select correct answer" drop down menu has no borders which makes it almost invisible
4. The spacing between the "Close/open" and delete buttons is not valid
5. It's always the case that new, add (positive actions) buttons come before the negative ones
