Not sure what to make of this test failure:

I've restarted CI to see if it was a fluke. |
OK, now the failure is different, and it seems to affect macOS only
I don't have a macOS machine so I can't investigate this problem. |

Problem: Currently used z3 version abnormally fails on GA macOS runners. Solution: Use 'z3_4_12' instead of 'z3' in nix setup.
