Filter rules

Hello Sergey, in a previous version of LogJoint there were a tab called Filtering Rules, like the Highliting Rules but it filter instead of highlight.
Also there were another tab in the Highlight rules (and also on the Filter) to filter by Date.
It could be restored?

The old filtering rules have been partially replaced by filters in the Search tab. Basically, search results is the filtered view that one can build by searching different strings and/or saved filters. The search features is not a full replacement of the old filtering rules, in particular, filtering by date range is not supported.

I plan to reimplement the display filters in coming month. Today it's impossible to restore the old filtering rules.

Just for information, display filters is not a simple feature given that it has to work with the logs of any size. The old filtering rules did not scale to logs of any size.

Update: the "Filtering Rules" tab is brought back. The Date/Time Range is not restored yet.

Filtering Rules is full reimplemented with time range. Please use the latest binaries from https://publogjoint.blob.core.windows.net/updates/logjoint.web.installer.exe.
