(Applies to Humord)

Currently, the display of concepts from the Humord vocabulary is not very intuitive; the "narrower" and "broader" labels may not be clear to end-users, and there may a very high number of narrower terms, filling the entire screen.

Suggestion: Reorganizing the broader terms, current term and narrower terms to resemble faceted navigation. Show current topic in bold, superordinate topic above, subordinate topics below. Adding a "read more" link if more than 10 narrower terms occur. See below for an example how to visually organize them.

Topic hierarchy

Bibliotekkunnskap (300)
    Bibliotek
        Biblioteksamlinger (12)
        Fagbibliotek (8)
        Nasjonalbibliotek (7)
        Universitetsbibliotek (6)
        Blindebibliotek (5)

Relates to M. Wilson, Search User Interface Design (2011), design recommendation: "Make it clear how results relate to metadata in your system, to help searchers to judge the results and make sense of the whole collection.", and "If appropriate, support searchers in reviewing their decisions and their options quickly and easily."
