I appreciate the concern. We considered the decision to change our source code license very carefully. The AGPL license is the best way we've found to safely encourage Scratch-style "remix culture" in the context of our source code repositories, so they will continue to use it unless we find a better way. That said, we recognize that the AGPL is not the right fit for every situation, and we're open to making other arrangements to solve specific concerns as they arise.
