Plugins not showing

Hi,

The default APBS Electrostatics and Lighting Settings plugins are showing and working, but the Legacy Plugin menu entry is empty. If I install a new plugin via the plugin manager it does not show up anywhere.

APBS Electrostatics and Lighting Settings plugins are installed under

~/Programs/miniconda3/envs/pymol/lib/python3.11/site-packages/pymol/pymol_path/data/startup

whereas the test plugin is installed under

~/Programs/miniconda3/envs/pymol/lib/python3.11/site-packages/pmg_tk/startup

Do I need specific permissions for this to show up? Or is there another issue?
