pymol 3.1 crushed after import license.

Describe the bug

My pymol crush after I imported my education license，but it can work without licence under trial mode. Once imported the license, the pymol.exe becomes not work.
How to deal with this？

• PyMOL Version: [3.1.3.1]
• PyMOL Source: [conda pymol-open-source]
• Operating System: [Windows 11]
• If you are using a conda environment, please supply your conda list

Do you happen to have any wide characters in your file system path? For example, a user or folder name that contains characters not found in this list?

If so, please copy and paste the path in an email to [email protected].
