A client who's applied edits to their video pre-submission has had sync problems

FIGURE OUT:

If the edits are indeed causing the issue
What happens to video content with > 2 sources (more than just primary and secondary)
What we will recommend to clients who want to apply edits in Panopto (likely brand -> then edit)
Ensure that TOP documentation talks about all these different edge cases
