Highlight Video Route needs to return helpful error messages

I ran the highlight video route, without running safety-analysis.
On the server, I received these print statements, but they were all but hidden to the client.

DB Error: no such table: indicators
/home/vagrant/SantosCloud/project_dir/1d455422-0d10-4d9f-8333-fd982767e39d/final_videos/highlight.avi: No such file or directory
No email to send to
(200, 'Highlight video complete.')
