Metadata Application Profile for Hyrax 3.0

The SMIG has a working group preparing updates to the Metadata Application Profile for Hyrax 3.

This new version of the MAP looks like it will end up in a new directory (hyrax_3.0) with a new .md under /pages/samvera/developer_resources/customize_metadata

This would also change the page called up for Metadata Application Profile in home_sidebar.yml if/when we want the Hyrax 3.0 version to be the default. We could also add a link to this new .md from the Hyrax 2.1 (current) MAP page and leave home_sidebar.yml as it is.

Does this seem like the changes we want to make for the Metadata Application Profile to create a MAP for Hyrax 3?
