Front end design tasks:

3. Review front page (where you can choose to either search for a review or submit a review, see visual here: https://github.com/voxverus/JobTalk/blob/master/job%20talk%20wireframe_draft1.pdf )
   ---page could be:
   ---------top half for review search as per this issue:
   ---------bottom half just a 'Submit your own review" button that opens the review page

4. Ideally clean light visual, consistent between the pages.
