Hello,
I copied latest released file to $RDECK_BASE/libext.

But how do I access job statistics in UI?

For anyone else wondering, once you restart Rundeck it'll appear as a new tab Dashboard in the Jobs page:

and when you've selected a particular job it adds a chart to the Stats tab (but only in the Job view, not the Execution view):
