uploaded file name not shown on tickets form

Hi, I implemented the feature form multiple attachment uploads. It works, but when I go the the edit template, instead of showing the uploaded file name, it shows the message 'No file chosen' next to each upload button.

Another issue, is that there is no possibility to delete an uploaded file.

Do you have a repo which reproduces this problem that we can look at?

We do not implement deleting uploaded files in the book. That's an exercise left to the reader.
