Quando um usuario comum faz uma pesquisa nos tickets ele consegue visualizar chamados de outros usuarios. Pois a pesquisa so filtra por nome do contato e pela mensagem.

Boa tarde, peço para aguardar um pouco mais, pois no momento estou fazendo alguns ajustes no sistema, onde um deles é sobre as conexões do usuário. Assim finalizando já irei dar atenção nesta parte que citou.
