I think my download got stuck.

Can we have a timeout option in oa_request?

I haven't looked too closely, but are you aware whether this is possible to implement in {httr}? I think it'd be good to tackle this issue separately to the issue of switching to {httr2}, just to make issues/PRs more atomic
