Error when attempting to parse

Hey ronelm2000!

Quick one: I wasn't having this problem before, but now I am.

When trying to parse, I am getting this error:

 An assembly specified in the application dependencies manifest (wstools.deps.json) was not found:
    package: 'Microsoft.DotNet.PlatformAbstractions', version: '3.1.6'
    path: 'lib/netstandard2.0/Microsoft.DotNet.PlatformAbstractions.dll'

My parse code is, for example:
D:\Documents\WS\wsmtools> ./wstools parse https://heartofthecards.com/translations/rent-a-girlfriend_trial_deck.html

I have no idea what I am doing wrong where when parsing - please help D: :)
